Assy Table

Here is the assembly table I assembled from the boxes I built to haul my tools up here from LoCal. I used the backer panel of MDF from the new sink assembly, some fir furring strips, and a few HFcasters. I don't like the clamps there so a clamp stand/tree is also in the near future.

Pivoting Sheet Goods Storage Rack

I used the Woodsmith idea of pivoting the sheet goods so they're easily movable to get to my wood stash. The pipe had to be extended to the ceiling as the 4' section had too much load for the concrete anchors and FELL RIGHT OVER when the thing was just half loaded. (blush) It pivots smoothly and easily on the 3" caster. I even used a roundover bit on the edges of that lovely OSB. Like the doveys in the tuba ate? (I really needed the practice.)

Mahogany Gloat

Well, I finally got another wood gloat. I think I've figured out what I can use to make my entertainment center now. That stack is about 3' x 3' x 17' with maybe half the sticks 12-14' long.

A closeup. Whew, I'm tired, sweating, and will put off that carving bench until next week.

After becoming tired of constantly misplacing the chuck key, I found a decent storage area for it. The little rare earth magnet keeps it right there .

Next up are microadjusting jigs for the table saw, bandsaw, and drill press.
